Terms of Use and Sale

Last updated: placeholder — replace with the actual date when these terms are finalized.

These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") govern access to and use of DeepShader. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. This page is a starting template and should be reviewed before going live.

1. Description of the service

DeepShader is a platform for building and sharing real-time, WebGPU-based computer vision projects: compute shaders, textures, buffers and execution graphs, visualized directly in the browser.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User content

Projects, shaders and other content you create remain your property. By publishing a project, you grant DeepShader the right to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing it in search results or on your public profile).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure you have the rights to any code or assets you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DeepShader to distribute malicious code, infringe on third-party rights, or disrupt the operation of the service.

5. Paid services and sale conditions

DeepShader may offer paid plans or features in the future. When applicable, pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions will be described here before any purchase can be made. No paid service is currently active.

6. Termination

DeepShader may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Liability

DeepShader is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DeepShader is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of DeepShader after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
